You can book through the website or reach out via email, Facebook, or Instagram. We reserve dates for events and parties in the order in which they were received, and time slots are given on a first come first serve basis. Time slots are not guaranteed until you receive an email confirmation after signing our contract agreement and making deposit.

We accept Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash and Checks.

We are able to set up in various weather conditions. We have tents we can bring to provide shade or cover for our animals. For temperatures above 85 degrees F, we will need access to water (outdoor spicket is fine) and access to an outlet for fans for our temperature sensitive animals. We bring our own extension cords, fans, and buckets. If weather is severe enough that rescheduling is necessary, we are happy to work with you on the new date and your deposit will still be counted towards that same event. If the event is cancelled altogether due to severe weather, a partial deposit refund is available.

We are able to lay down tarps and build our set up completely on top of them. This can and will minimize the amount of hay or other remnants of our zoo left behind on the grass. Though we can't guarantee not to leave any impact, we are proud of how well of a cleanup we do at the end of our events and have received many compliments regarding so.

Yes, we are licensed through the state of Georgia and are fully insured.

Currently our set up allows us to travel about an hour out from our home in Madison, Ga. Feel free to reach out to us to see if we can make it to your location if you are unsure.

We usually recommend scheduling with us a month or two before the event date. However, if there's a date you know you want, it is best to schedule as soon as possible!

Currently we do not have a set up where you can visit us on the farm. We are a traveling petting zoo only at this time.
